Intomic servers periodically connect to your mailbox and analyse new messages received.

When a spam is detected, it is removed (but not deleted!) from your mailbox.

You can recover any spam message if you wish to, because Intomic doesn't delete messages immediately- so you don't loose them, contrarily to many other anti-spam solutions.

If you use a POP email account, you will receive a periodic report containing the list of spam that have been removed from your mailbox. You then have 10 days to recover them when needed, simply by clicking on the corresponding message in the list.

If you use an IMAP email account, Intomic will create a subfolder in your mailbox into which spam messages will be moved. Whether and when you want to check this subfolder is up to you.

Intomic saves you time and Internet bandwidth because you don't need to download unwanted spam. Think about the cost savings when using a mobile data connexion (GPRS, 3G...)
